The Final Official Countdown to Season Seven

^I think I'm gonna have to start a NEW space for just Star Trek collections. After this, I'm going back to finish off the special edition movies, so that'll take up even MORE space. Oh, the pain! :D

You watched 10 episodes??? All on one day? Or over the course of a few days?
ALL IN ONE DAY, Saturday afternoon into the night :p When I get rolling, I really GET ROLLING  Not as bad as some folks I know around here, but I can do it sometimes. This weekend had to have been my slowest in MONTHS. And I love it! I watched "Waltz" & "Who Mourns for Morn?" on Sunday night. Great stuff. So, just 14 eps to go and I'll be ready for S7! Oh yeah!

 Wow! So did you dream about DS9 that night!?

That's alot of DS9! I think the most I've ever watched in one day is three episodes!

Right now, I'm in the middle of Change of Heart. I should finish it tonight! :)

Boooo! That's my thing. Watching an entire season in a matter of days, that is. Booo!

Heh. Kidding. Actually, I'm glad I'm not the only one. Season seven will probably be at my door one week from today, so I'm finishing all my errands and miscellaneous jobs this week to have at least a couple marathon days open.

Well, me and my g/f watched One Little Ship today. It's one of her fav eps and I like it too. It may be a little hokey, but it's a lot of fun. :)

^

I like that one too. I think it's kinda cute, actually! I watched it the other day and liked it alot more than I remembered!

Yeah, that's what my g/f said, she also thinks it's cute. And well, I gotta agree. There's also a couple of VERY funny lines in the ep. Like Bashir's "I'm sorry, that was very small of me" or the whole Worf's poem thing. :D

^^ I loved that ep, hookey or not. The early scene where Kira is laughing hysterically just makes me grin ear to ear. :)

Besides, the tensions between the Gamma Jemmies and Alpha Jemmies is very good too.

^ One thing I was always wondering though. Wouldn't it make sense for the founders to order the Jem'Hadar (and the Vorta) not to reveal the information that there's Jem'Hadar being bred in the AQ. It just seems to me it's the kind of info that you'd want to keep away from your enemies for as long as possible. From the tactical point of view of course.

One gripe that I do have with this ep. When Miles and Bashir are transported onto that chip or whatever. Wouldn't it make sense that Dax could transport more air in there?

Didn't Dax pointed out they had a limited energy supply to transport an air bubble to keep O'Brien and Bashir alive? Come to think of it, why didn't they use environmental suits to perform their task? Afterall they had emergency survival suits and equipment onboard surely they had these suits available for space walks.

 Yes, we Niners have our weird ways!

Vash, I just received the latest 2 DS9 novels, Prophecy & Change and Unity. After watching so much DS9 this weekend, I couldn't bear to look at 'em! Oh well, guess I'll start on 'em later ;)

You know, I remember something about that from when I watched the ep before. But I don't remember it from yesterday. Hmmm...I was tired, so I might of missed it. :) *shrugs*

We certainly do have our weird days. :D Speaking of the DS9 books. I've had P&C for a while now, haven't read any of it though. I just don't have the time to read and I really don't wanna read a book for a week or more. It just takes a certain amount of enjoyment out of it. :) Anyway...I plan to order Unity today. :) I still have all the MG books to read though.

^I'm REALLY lookin forward to it! I think with DVDs out, my need for DS9 has been well nourished! I'm not grabbing up as many books as possible anymore to get my fix :p  But I'm kinda eager to see how the unofficial Season 8 ends. NO SPOILERS!! ;)

I won't spoil it, but OH, it is so tempting!!!

*has a zipper installed on her mouth, then realizes it has no effect on her typing ability*

Now what I'm I going to do with this thing? *fiddles absenmindedly with the zipper pull*

Tell me! I've only gotten through the first two books of the gamma series...spoil me please! :D

Nah. Poor saps who don't want to be spoiled would never come back to the thread. :p

There's plenty of spoilers in the Trek Lit forum (and if you want to ask a question, start a thread in there - there are probably 20 of us salivating at the chance to discuss the book again ;)).

But I will say, Ben & Kasidy's child is a....

SPOILER

BABY!

END SPOILER

I'm so bad. :borg:

NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Why did you have to spoil that for me?!!!!!

 :p

I'm still waiting for Unity to come out at the local bookstore. Oh well, I'll just have to be content with my DS9 DVD sets. Speaking of which....

7 days to go! :D

Well, for a while there, I thought it might turn out to be something else, like a vole, or a katterpod... ;)

NOOO!! NOT SPOILERS!!!!

I just knew the kid would spring from Kassidy's head fully grown or something. Now you just ruined it for me!! :(

.... :p

I read through Unity in three days time as for watching DS9 I have only seen up to Sons and Daughters am I am slow but I also have 24 season 2 to watch as well.So between working and doing various other things I am having a hard time finding a spot for Ds9.
