I remember a Supreme Court case where Bush was PICKED to be President... maybe the last several years were a nightmare?

As for the likes of bill o'reiliy and faux news, I wonder what their rantings would be like with some direct competition in the conservative cable news market.
Fox News isn't winning on ratings on quality. It's winning on a being the only one of it's kind.

And Conservatives don't try and tear down the liberal media outlets (such as buying up radio stations forcing Air America on to lower power stations).
No they bleat about media bias but seem to forget that vast majority of the media is owned by conservatives.
But it would still give fox a run for their money and would make them lift their game.

Actually you really shouldn't go there - one might talk about halliburton's deals with places like Iran and China (and who's subsidiaries were named in the Iraq Oil scandel a few years back) so throwning stones when you're in a glass house - not a good move.
And sorous has nowhere the near the reach of the likes of Clear Channel or Rupert Murdoch's News Limited which owns Fox News.
But Fox is involved with Dick Morris and I'd argue that that is worse.
GE makes useful things, morris just makes predictions that never come true.
I know halliburton's going on's I despise any body in bed with those idiot's! ( Bush, cheany and the rest of them are no good! just because I'm conservative dosn't mean I walk lock step with republicans!) and I blame bush for getting this BAIL-OUT crap started! If he were really a conservative he would have let those banks fail! the market would have reset itself over time, but thanks to him Obama is making things TEN times worse! I would have alot of respect for Obama if he just let things fail!

I don't know how anyone can watch him. The man is self-obsessed. His show isn't about issues or topics of the day it is all about Bill O'Reilly. When the man isn't having guests evaluate his interviewing techniques he is trying to sell his shitty books and get people to actually buy premium membership to his post show ponderings on-line.
I would like to say seeing him being number one for 100 months on cable news is a surprise but it really isn't. I mean look at the garbage littering cable news after 8pm--Anderson Cooper, Campbell Brown, Larry King, Rachel Maddow, Keith Olbermann, Sean Hannity.
