I didnt think that this was a great episode by any means... somehow the drama between Worf and his brother lacked intensity for me, as did Picard's presence by Worf's side. All of it should have been more dramatic, I think.
I do, however, think it has a great ending, as all of the Klingons shame Worf in the stylized gestures of turning their backs against him and shunning him. And there's no bland coda restoring everything to perfect order--kudos for that!
