Odo might not due to him not being as good as shapeshifting as other Changlings but one more skilled could likely create a penis with nerve endings and circular system that would allow them to enjoy the experience like a real solid though any ejaculation would just be apart of them and would at some point need to return and rejoin the Changling. Which sounds like it would be very pleasurable for all concerned to be honest.

Especially because said changeling could be as "big" as his partner wanted.

I just watched these eps with my wife. Her response was “he just tortured him, why’s he want to have breakfast with him? Has he got Stockholm syndrome, or are changelings just weird?” She is pregnant though so she does get angry at odd things.

I always thought that it was just that despite all that had happened, Odo realised that he and Garak had something on common and that misery loves company.

I also have never given any serious thoughts about changings bonking though, so perhaps I am just naive?
