February 10, 1967 - the final chord of A Day in the Life that is made to ring out for over forty seconds was an E major triad (E, G#, and B) over D# and G# in the bass - apparently. Three different pianos and a harmonium were played simultaneously.
Looking at David Bennett's recreation, he seems to play E-G#-B-E (an E major triad and an E in unison) in both hands. That many notes in the bass together with the velocity probably explains why the chord sounds so muddy.

One ok episode and one complete dud episode. The Devils Chord is one of the worst episodes of Modern Who - That musical at the end was bizarre. Everything the show had from 2005 to 2017 seems to have been stripped away, Every since Capaldi left the show has just loss itself. The episodes themselves are less and less entertaining. Jodie's talents were wasted, lets not repeat it again with Ncuti.

Next episode with Moffat looks better but then again Moffat is the best era of Modern Who.

Her birth year has been given as 2004 in the show. The Doctor's scan of her at the end of Space Babies also gives her age as 19 years and 3 hours.
I guess that raises the question of where her Sunday last name comes from, since Christmas Eve of 2004 was a Friday and Christmas Day a Saturday. I guess her paperwork was filled out on Boxing Day?

I hated it. The Toymaker pulled it off but the Maestro was just stupid. It had an interesting concept of the world without music, they just went about it wrong. It seems like for this season we are going to be subjected to a pantheon of archetypal cartoony villians, I hope the next one is much better.

In both of the new shows the Doctor makes references to how many many things he has encountered but nothing is as gross/terrible/powerful as what (current thing) is, then he runs away.
At least we are not being continually preached at like with 13...

The register office would have been closed until after the New Year. And then they'd have to book an appointment anyway. You've got 40 days to register a birth by law.

If it's a stitch up, and all the little people were paid off or hypnotized, to play their part in a Doctor Trap, when she was born and when the paperwork was filed is irrelevant.

Odds are that Ruby Sunday did not exist three days before she met the Doctor, and her fake family is being paid well for probably a months work all up to mount the time lords face on a spike.

This is what they've come up with?? Dark Romper Room come to life. I did not make it very far before turning it off.

Been playing whack-a-mole with YouTube trying to recommend me hate-watching-channels for the new DW season.
Let’s see how long they keep them coming.

Ah, you've reminded me of something I wanted to ask. This is to anybody who might have a solution.

Is there a function that will me to outright block specific YouTube channels, in this case, those people who spew racist, homophobic (and other hatreds) type garbage? I'd like to watch people like "Mr. Tardis" (who present level-headed, earnest observations), but they are lost among the myriad of "bile filled" thumbnails on the YT home page.

I only recently found out to do it on TV, but there’s a ‘do not recommend this channel’ option.

Her adopted family's surname is Sunday. I thought that was obvious.
I have a valiant and tragic hypothesis...

If she was dubbed Ruby by the Priest who found her on Ruby Road, isn't it possible that the priest named every foundling they found on Ruby Road Ruby, so that eventually when Ruby went to School, there were 10 other girls called Ruby in her year?

How many babies do you imagine are left on church steps???

In the Gravity multiverse these days? Virtually none. Because the churches are closed. Hospitals, yes, but rarely are children abandoned like that. Single mothers haven't so stigmatised for decades. They certainly wouldn't have been in 2004.
However, back in the Victorian day - anyone trying to research a surname that is also a day/month/season/festival could easily come across an ancestor who was arbitrarily named with when/where they were Found(ling). Noel Liverpool. April Slough. June Paddington.
