Interesting that they're again putting The Dark Knight in the title and no Batman. Then again, given the success of TDK, it's not exactly a surprise.

I actually like The Dark Knight Rises as a title, but I keep expecting it to be followed by the words 'From The Grave' or something - it's a bit like a Hammer Horror Dracuala title!

Not particularly impressed by that title. Guess we should now call the Nolan movies "The Dark Knight series."

Works for me. The Dark Knight was the standout movie between the first two.

I'm surprised by the title as well. It sounds more like the title of a second movie.

Probably rises from bad guy to good guy in the public's eye. And then stops. Nolan only wanted to make a trilogy, and I'm pretty sure he's going to prevent hacks to butcher what he started.

I'm warming up to the title. At least it's not something really horrible like "Dark of the Moon". I too thought that it has something to do with Bruce rising out of the darkness from the last movie.

Yeah, that's why I don't like it. It's too obvious. Although I guess "Batman Begins" wasn't exactly a subtle title either.
