Spoilers The Blacklist - Season 4 Discussion Thread

I still wonder how this is all going to play out, how is Tom going to move on without Agnes? Will he take her with him? Does this mean Liz really dies? Liz really gets away from Red? I'm actually looking forward to the run up to this.

I've always been pro-Red, but I found him killing Mr. Kaplan utterly inexcusable. She's his second most loyal minion and she was only protecting Lizzie and the baby. I just found it utterly deplorable. Up till now I'd say that everything Red has done been towards the greater good, no matter how horrible his methods, but this was just wrong, wrong, wrong.

I think that the Blacklist will be doing the two stories thing. First half about Agnes and second half about what ever spins out of this. Who ever becomes the big bad after Liz's dad.

Not a bad ep, all in all. The banter between Red and Glen just makes me laugh (though Clark Middleton will always be Markham from Fringe to me). It will be most interesting to see what happens to Constantine if he really does go through with a transfusion from Agnes. This might be the proof that he ISN'T Lizzie's biological father.

Nice to see Leon Rippy as the creepy woodsman who rescued Kate. Poor woman goes from one bad situation to another.

I wish they'd get back to Mr. Kaplan. I don't really give a crap about the other plot. But at least Dembe showed real remorse--which seemed to surprise Red.

I do hope Aram's new girlfriend isn't a plant of Red's or some other baddie.

Well they did mention an "asset" about where they got their information. Who doesn't know how to operate a dishwasher? It has to be the girlfriend, right? They just introduced her and isn't that always the trope? I kinda wish it was Samar, if Blacklist had some guts and make her turn. After what happen with Liz, I could see her doing it.

For those of you who don't watch Blindspot, here's what one of their recurring villains had to say in the last episode:

"The criminals you hunt for a living? I brunch with them. I could be the ace up your sleeve. My brains. His brawn. Your everything else. The three of us could take down anybody we wanted. We could make it like a weekly thing. I could wear a hat of some kind. I think people would be into that. What do you say?"

Funny, what character said that?

Season 11 of Supernatural had a similar reference to another show. Lucifer was asked what he would do if basically left to his own. He replied "I dunno, move to L.A., solve crime?". Which is of course, the premise of Lucifer, the tv show.

Still not at all sure where the storyline with Kaplan is going, although I'm fairly certain that when it's all said and done, it's going to come back and bite Red on the ass.

I still think they're trying waaaaaaaay too hard to try to convince us that Constantine is her father, for it to really be the case. I honestly think that Liz agreeing to a transfusion will be what exposes that notion as false.

This show needs a kick in the pants. It's always lather, rinse and repeat, and when Spader's not chewing the scenery, the show's nearly unwatchable, except for the pretty FBI lady agent, who's definitely watchable. :p

At this point, the only reason I'm still watching is to see what happens to Mr. Kaplan.
I will admit that was a nice monkey wrench thrown in there. She is a potentially fascinating character to explore. Heck, I'd probably watch her in her own show as a "cleaner". Sort of like a Dexter-esque or Punisher motif.

Too bad they've saddled her with this backwoods yokel captive story right now. I am much more interested in what she will do after she gets free.
