I'm a technical director. My switcher has 1300 buttons on it (yes, I've counted), and I agree with you completely. When I'm in a show, the touch screen buttons that I also have are not easy to rely on.

They won't. The premiere will be under a total publicity/review embargo. CBS is only getting one chance to make a good first impression here with this new Enterprise. If the fans don't like what they see once the premiere airs, well, they've still bought it and are watching it, aren't they?

The Enterprise is about a decade older than the Discovery. This design is very similar to Discovery's bridge, but, looks a little less advance, which is great. I'd love it if this were the new bridge.

I doubt they'll leak, I suspect it'll be the next bit of promo material released.

They know what kind of stuff gets us talking, and what'll get their social media scores up.

The trailer is definitely going to include some shots of the Enterprise bridge, or at least Pike sitting in his Captain's Chair. It's silly to think they're not going to try to pimp the Enterprise in the trailers.

Nah, they already used up that chance with the exterior reveal in the season finale. Everything from here on is irrelevant. Fans who hate the re-design will hate the interiors, because haters gonna hate. Fans who accept the re-design will just as likely accept the interiors.
