. In the back half of the season, I've actually been getting less thrilled with Sheldon- he used to be a unique kind of fish out of water, but they seem to be moving him so much further away from the human experience that he seems, to me, to be becoming more and more implausible; I can buy a lack of social skills and a perspective that has no emotional component, but I can't buy that he has no idea even what many of these concepts are. Sheldon isn't Rainman - yet - just self-absorbed; lately, he's been almost an alien.
(When that loaf fired out of that contraption, I almost had a stoke laughing. Then when it came back down again... I think I pulled a muscle... for real. My ribs are killing me today.)
