The Search (I). It really can't compare to Past Tense, Visionary or the IC/TDIC 2-parter, and I enjoyed The Adversary more.

I guess "Visionary" then. It's one of Trek's most interesting time travel stories, but it doesn't have the impact of the remaining episodes.

I'll take out The Adversary I guess. It always bugged me that they invented a new species (the Tzenkethi), say the Federation's been at war with them, but we never see them or hear of them again after this episode either.

Well that was a quick game, I didn't get to vote at all. Then again, the third season was really good, so I didn't have the agony of having to choose among some of my favorite episodes. I approve of the winning episode, so clearly my presence was not needed

Improbable Cause/The Die is Cast is in my top 4 or 5 in all of DS9.
