The Animals That Aren't Dogs or Cats Thread

I think she's talking about ALL of the animals having to live out there!

It’s so sad. It’s especially sad for animals who have been living in a home and then ran away or was given the boot. They know what it’s like to be cozy, fending for themselves isn’t second nature anymore.
I figure most of the wild animals are able to handle the different seasons, but I definitely agree about the strays who don't know how to take care of themselves.

Oh, I forgot to share my new example of my shit luck this morning. So I wanted to say something about the one horse eating the others' tails, and when I stopped by the stables on my out to the park, there were a 3 or 4 people out in the area riding and doing groundwork, and a group people over by one of the pens. I almost said something to the people by the pens, but they were talking and I didn't want interrupt, so I decided to wait and see if they were still there on my way home. I will admit I was also thinking about asking if I could come over and pet the horses too.
But by the time I went there on my way home, the people by the pens were gone, so I decided to say something to someone in the arena, but when I looked up it was completely deserted, which is unusual, there's usually at least one or two people in there.

I finally got the guts up to tell someone about the tail eater at the stables, and it's a good thing I did, because apparently nobody knew what was going on. I'm kind of kicking myself though, because he said a couple ladies were asking about their tails the other day, and when I went by yesterday or the day before I saw a guy talking with of couple of close to where I stop. Now I can't help but wonder if that was what they were talking about, and if I could have solved the mystery for them right there.

Don't beat yourself up. You couldn't know. :techman:
