The new Vintage Collection figures! I've been looking for them myself and have yet to find any in person. The first new wave since 2012 has six figures, four of which are straight repacks of Walmart-exclusive 3.75" Black Series figures(Rey, Kylo Ren, First Order Stormtrooper, Jyn Erso), one is a slight repaint and repack of a 2010 Legacy Collection Battle Pack figure(Hoth Rebel Trooper) and one is completely new(Supreme Leader Snoke).

I myself have paid around $25 online for Wal-Mart exclusive figures a couple times because I hate going into Wal-Mart, and then found them later in the store at normal price.

I noticed in recent months there was a big "Last Jedi" playset that came with Supreme Leader Snoke, but I can't remember if it was the same figure that is now in the new Vintage Collection. This one has a robe made of fabric.

No, the one in the BB-8 playset is a 5-POA figure with no soft goods fabric whatsoever. It's just a basic, bare bones 3.75" figure with minimal articulation, though it does look pretty good and somebody told me the other day that they might be repacking that playset Snoke on a basic cardback so that people who didn't want to pay $150 for the big playset can get the figure. That's a smart idea if they are indeed going to do it.

That playset is just way overpriced and not worth the cost, much like more than a few other Hasbro Star Wars items on store shelves right now.

The BB-8 playset based on The Last Jedi is the only one they have in stores at the moment, but this bad boy is coming next year for $499 plus sales tax!

I've seen the one for the chunky and small Galactic Heroes line that is also BB8 but I haven't seen the one for the standard 3 inch scale. I looked it up, Not a bad looking playset but way over priced that's for sure. And wow that Jabba's Barge vehicle looks impressive but that price tag is pretty steep. It would be great if they could take the old Kenner micro world playsets and scale them up. I recently came across this fan built version of the Bespin Freeze Chamber. It's pretty awesome.

I got this Roblox lab set today. It looked pretty neat. I didn't really care for the figures it came with but the accessories are awesome and go great with my Rick and Morty figures. It even came with a neat little cardboard diorama background. I love it.

I have a Neca Terminator skeleton and Robocop. A friend of mine sent them to me a couple years ago. Ironically I never took pictures with them. I need to change that.

I want the T-800 exoskeleton, personally. NECA does great figures, in general.

I have many of their Aliens line but would also love some of their Predators.

You definitely do! I need to do more as well. Just waiting for the weekend.

I only had bought the Nathan Drake so far.
I see now that there is also a T-1000 in motorcycle version. I really did not need another rabbit hole to fall down into...

I was in London last weekend and found these beer bottle and beer glass (keyrings) with liquid and foam that really is sloshing around! Let's celebrate new Gotham tonight! Cheers!

In the past week I've managed to get all but one of the new Vintage Collection figures in the relaunch of the line, all but the Kylo Ren who is either going for a little more than I really want to pay for him or is being sold in crushed and damaged packaging. The new Vintage figures come on cardbacks made from card stock that isn't as good as that used for the original 2010-13 run of the line and the bubbles need tape on them to help keep them stuck to the cards as Hasbro is still having quality control problems with its packaging and their factories are still turning out figures that slowly peel away from their cardbacks due to a factory glue or heat-sealing process problem that has been going on since 2013.

The iffy state of the packaging aside, the figures themselves are awesome and the Vintage Collection cardfronts continue to look incredible. Put simply, it's the best 3.75" Star Wars action figure packaging of the Modern Era (1995-present).

I'm on the lookout for a 3.75" Black Series Praetorian Guard. They seem to be going for about $34 on ebay, which is $20 more than I want to pay for one action figure, seeing as how I rip open up the packages and use the figures for playing... I mean hobbyist miniature dioramas.

I've never seen one in person at a Walmart. The entire TLJ Wave assortment was hard to find in my local area and the entire Walmart-exclusive 3.75" Black Series line was handled poorly from almost the very beginning.

The final waves of the line rarely if ever showed up in many Walmarts. To this day there are more than a few I've never seen in the wild.

I just ordered Supreme Leader Snoke on the retro card on ebay for $17. It may be a couple more bucks than the in-store price at Wal-Mart plus sales tax, but oh well.

I picked up the Vintage Collection Kylo Ren at my local Target this evening. $12.99, which is the second-cheapest retail price for the line behind Walmart. Predictably, while the figure itself, the bubble and the cardback were in fantastic shape the adhesive on the bubble (whether a heat seal or glue) was peeling away from the cardfront as I bought it and took it home. Good thing there are two pieces of tape on the packaging or else a lot of these bubbles would be falling off in the stores.

(*Sigh*) Hasbro, get your act together and fix this problem.
