New additions to my Funko Pop collection.

I'd love to pick up both of those along with some of the new Bob Ross Pops. I have yet to see any of them in stores but I hope I spot at least a couple of them before the onset of the Christmas shopping season wipes out all of the good Pops.

Bob Ross? THE Bob Ross? If only the faces were better, I totally would buy that one.

Happy Halloween! Here is a recreation of the famous scene from the movie "Kingdom of the Spiders" from 1977, where William Shatner had a spider right on his cheek. It's a classic, check it out if you don't know it. It was surprisingly better than I had anticipated.

A look back to “Gotham” episode 1x02 - Bruce burning his hand on a candle on purpose, and getting a hug from Alfred.

And I want to introduce my first Hot Toys figure - Wolverine! My new favorite guy!

I got a Black Canary figure.

This is a DC Comics Bishoujo statue.. It's unusual because on the legs the stockings are actual fabric.

This is my Elf Queen

This weekend was a productive one in terms of collecting. I scored no fewer than four 6" Black Series figures I didn't already have and finally found one of the Walmart-exclusive 3.75" Black Series figures from The Last Jedi. Force Spirit Obi-Wan, Hera Syndulla, the 40th Anniversary Han Solo, the 40th Anniversary R2-D2 and Resistance Tech Rose.

I'm not out of the action figure scene in any way, but I'll be selling all of my collection of Black Series, NECA and AA/DST figures to make room for something else. Still enjoy seeing what people post in this thread, though.

Just some more sickbay pictures - inspired by that one scene in the episode "Journey to Babel".

So I was browsing around the Seibertron website (Transformers resource) and came across something interesting today. Japan is going to get a set of Street Fighter/Transformers crossover figures next year, and it's certainly... odd, in my view. The only one I'd be remotely interested in is Chun-Li, and then largely for the novelty.

Link

Chun-Li is a retooled Generations Arcee, while the other molds are repurposed from the current Titans Return line with the Headmaster feature. Ken is a retooled TR Hot Rod, Ryu uses the mold for Octane/ Laser Prime, and Bison uses the Blitzwing/Megatron mold.

Fucking hell the toyline is really in its death throes in Japan if they are trying to squeeze every last yen from the dwindling fanbase with these novelty exclusives that are probably only getting sold on the online webstore.

Then again, in the 90s there were Star Trek Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figures...

Just sayin'

Yeah, but TMNT has long done goofy crossovers that kind of fit in with the lighter elements of the animated series and the older toyline. I'm not saying crossovers are inherently bad, but Transformers is one of those series where it's kind of wonky under the best cases (IMO). I haven't really been interested in any of the TF/Other Franchise offerings over the years, but YMMV.

I do think it's odd that the Ryu version uses Prime's robotic head rather than Octane's, since Octane has a more human face. Someone in the TF thread made the comment about how weird the flesh tones look on the three male molds, and I'm inclined to agree.
