If I may translate, the box writing underneath "Raumschiff-Taxi" says 'An electric game of skill'.
My hubby got me this for our anniversary. He gets me. 
I just got a killer deal on a Marvel Legends comic-con exclusive set from about five years ago or so, at about a third of the price that it typically goes for. Maybe the seller didn't quite realize what it was, as the listing didn't have some of the usual keywords.
I keep complaining about the monotonous sculpts on ML figures, yet I keep buying them.

I've seen them all so far with the exception of, I believe, the Professor Indy figure from The Last Crusade. I haven't bought any but they look pretty good.
Forcibly retired in November 2021 when my company outsourced my entire department, I try to be VERY careful in my spending, but while buying groceries this morning, I gave into temptation. My local Walmart has discounted the "Classic Trek" USS Enterprise by Playmates Toys, not quite by half, but enough to make me say, "Meh, why not...?" I bought the original Playmates toy during the 90s and I will say, this version is, in most ways, superior. The curvature and proportion of elements upon the primary saucer is considerably mote accurate. The decals are already applied while the vessels sold in the 90s required the customer to peel and stick them. LEDs are used now rather than filament bulbs for lighting features and there are more sound samples.
That last is a bit of a double edged sword. As there are only 3 buttons, none are dedicated to a specific sound. The 90s tout had 4 buttons; one played bridge effects, a second played phasers, a third for photon torpedoes and the last for the gradual revving of the engines (like we heard when Kirk demanded more speed). I would play the engine "revving" and just as it reached its peak, I'd press the photon button as though the ship struck warp speed, something never depicted in the original series, but somehow seemed apt.
Can't do that with the new version. One button is dedicated to 5 different sound bytes of Kirk, one alternates between phasers and photon torpedoes, and the third plays 4 different ship sounds, a boson whistle, red alert, bridge sounds and a fourth I assume is meant to suggest the ship hitting warp, but one never heard in the 79 episode run. True, it's a minor quibble among the positives, but one I thought needed mentioning. Other features were likely mentioned in videos linked in this thread so I won't bother repeating them here. I will say the 90s toy was a bit more subtle in the button placement, positioning them upon that raised narrow "module" that trails to the impulse engine module. This toy mounts them upon the egg shaped "B & C deck module" like a trio of unsightly zits.
But to close on another positive feature, the parabolic array upon the engineering hull is far more accurate to the filming model than many other toys (like the 90s Playmates version) depict.

Recently completed my Rey collection for Star Wars figures, as I snagged a "The Rise of Skywalker" version in a lot. So, I have the Jakku, Ach-To (Island Journey), and TROS Rey figures.

They had clearanced the figures but no Enterprise or phaser at the store which I probably would have considered. Since you had the other Enterprise might you post pictures?
The 90s toy is currently in a state of disassembly. I had left some batteries in there too long and the corrosion eroded one of the electrical connections. It needs soldering and then the wires properly threaded so the secondary hull can properly lock into place again. I also never applied the decals. I have them stored in a desk drawer in the climate controlled environment of my bedroom, but some 25 years later...? I bet the adhesive as "gooped" and the clear edging yellowed.
I mean, I'm not refusing, but the images will not be want you expect or likely desire.
You'd be surprise. I love seeing the inner workings.
