Great episode...except for the tiresome product placement. I'd gladly have taken a few more "commercial interruptions" to avoid the beauty shots of the Dodge Ram.

So, how long was Cam there watching the T-888 barbecue? She's still AWOL as the episode ends.

Two weeks from now looks interesting, though I'm guessing that Mansonator is posing as Derek's future girlfriend; the ages wouldn't otherwise make sense (given how young he is supposed to be in 2008)...unless Derek's into older women.

I will be tuning in, at any rate.

Where was she in the episode? I didn't see her.

She isn't appearing until the next episode: The Tower is Tall but the Fall is Short.

Yeah, that Dodge Ram...

I'd gladly suffer through it if it keeps the show on the air.

It shows me that Fox must have at least some faith in the show if they allowed that - this was an extended cut. Or that they may have already decided to cancel it.

I've heard some conflicting spoilers about Stephanie Jacobson's character.

1.) I've heard that she is from our time on one board.
2.) I've heard that she's from the future on another - though this was from around the time when the season began.

Mansonator reminds me of a character from the comics named "The Amazon"

This was a pretty good episode. Good enough to make me not think about a few kinks in the plot, and of course, TotW.

It's strange how Derek can be so confident that Bedell would go through with his career at West Point. Surely he would if terminators didn't interfere, but they did, so how can he be so sure the same thing will happen? This is the same Derek who came back and killed Andy Goode, changing the future.

Great episode. Once Brian Austin Green was finally given a big role in an episode this year, we got this gem. The show wouldn't have lasted as long as it did without him. I missed a few minutes though. How exactly did he manage to fool the Academy about who he was?

Outside of being a whiny emo-brat to his mom (get over the fact that she killed someone already!), John fairs really well in this episode as he helps Derek take out the Terminator. Lena Headley did a good job showing this other side of Sarah and the guy playing Bendall was quite good. Great kill for the T-1001.

Excellent episode, and it was funny with the young boy more worried about getting his book report done than a mysterious man coming to kill him:rommie:

From what we've seen on the show so far though it seems like time finds a way to balance itself out so that events still seem to happen. Maybe judgment day is inevitable.

For example (using Andy Goode/Billy Wisher):

In the original timeline Andy directly worked on the Skynet Project and lost control over it. He took on the name Billy Wisher and lived the rest of his life among the survivors of the future war. Then he tells Derek about himself and his past. Derek decides to kill him in the past. However, the Turk (which was his part of the Skynet Development Project) has already been built and taken by Dmitri/Sarkissian. I'm starting to think that - like T3 - Judgment Day is inevitable.

I think this is the first episode I rated above average. Green is great when he takes charge, as always. Although they REALLY REALLY REALLY need to give Ellison more screen time.

I missed a few minutes though. How exactly did he manage to fool the Academy about who he was?

Derek's IDs all show him as a discharged member of the US Military who served in the Iraq War. The Tac Officer that he was filling in for wasn't supposed to arrive until the next week so the commandant asked him to fill in until then as John was on a provisional appointment for only three weeks.

Outside of being a whiny emo-brat to his mom (get over the fact that she killed someone already!)...

Sarah actually hasn't killed any human in the show. Sarkissian was killed by John according to Dekker and the producers according to an interview with TVGuide.

To me, this episode is the single best episode of the series so far. Never a B.A.G. fan, I have come to really like him and his character on the show. Tonight episode cemented for me how good he really is. I guess I will have to let my 90210 prejudices completely go. I too really hope this does not get cancelled, but I too feel that Judgment Day is inevitable for this show.

Damn their eyes! :scream: :klingon: :scream:

The "Pyle" reference ("Full Metal Jacket" film) was cool.

It was a good (though not great) episode and I want to see more.
