Besides, it's a really good recipe. Took me several goes to get it right.
Thanks! I'm an active proponent of trying pasta sauces and have rarely met one that I didn't like. Based on this recipe I'm sure I'd love this one.

Ravioli is yummy when done right.
I'm suddenly craving cheap ravioli from a can.
I like some cheese filled tortellinis with olive oil, cracked pepper and a bit of grated cheese on them. I never get the ones with meat in them because the meat is a mystery paste and kinda yucky.

Some people hate on canned pasta, but there are some kinds and brands on the market that taste better than some pasta you can make yourself or order in certain restaurants. Ravioli in a can more often than not tastes good, and that's the only requirement that should matter with any food than comes inside a metal container.

While some of it tastes good and has a place like all fast food does I would disagree that you can get canned pasta that is better than you can make yourself. Unless you suck as a cook and are using shitty pasta and shitty store bought sauce.
After the kind of work day I had today (which cannot be described without using the word "CLUSTER"), I need some serious booze, and like right now. Gimme some bloodwine!

OMFG that is bad. Hey at least there is room to walk away. Try that on a bus when some old fart does that. ...Nowhere to run. Driver has to stop the bus get everyone off and change to a new bus while an ambulance comes to pick the person up.
