If the Cardassian Galor is based on the Cardassian insignia, or vice versa, then this Kodahn-Class is based on the asymmetrical Obsidian Order insignia...

This is a great idea! Almost looks like a slimmed down, more military version of the Galor class ships.

Hmmm...ok that just crossed the line. Without the hole it would be great. It still could be filled. Probably with some kind of landing, boarding or surveillance module.

I always thought the ships are not specifically designed after the Emblem, but that the ships and the emblem are both based on the same lifeform. Something that lives under the surface of the Cardassian deserts. Probably a predator that looks like the lovechild of a stingray and a horseshoecrab...

It’s flamboyant but I wouldn’t say it crossed the line. At least, not for esthetic reasons. If for whatever reason the Obsidian Order wanted a ship you could immediately identify as theirs, this would be a scary sight. Only thing is the color though. Maybe if it were more either stealthy or sinister. Obsidian black or bone white or [Cardassian] blood red...

This is a great idea! Almost looks like a slimmed down, more military version of the Galor class ships.

It was designed as an analogy to the federation "Nebula-class to a Galaxy-class". This is her standard form, and from this it would have mission specific cylinders that would "plug" in.

And you, like everybody else, can use every desing and every idea I post as an inspiration for your own work(as long as its not just stealing....yes I am looking at you STD).
