They are fools then as this was a damn good episode....I can't wait for the old west episode. That's going to be awesome. And I agree that Sam won't be able to forget.
And....the TWOPsters are giving it an F. Won't forgive them for killing Rufus and boring, they say.I knew last week's brief reprieve from them wouldn't last.

And speaking of gramps, he doesn't look old enough to be their grandfather. That's always been a bit distracting.
Or all the different arcs this season are somehow all related and will dovetail into one another as the season approaches its end and will be resolved together. If anything, it'll be the 'angel arc' that gets resolved this season of the two main arcs going on.
I never really saw the angel arc merging with the Purgatory arc, but who knows.Or all the different arcs this season are somehow all related and will dovetail into one another as the season approaches its end and will be resolved together. If anything, it'll be the 'angel arc' that gets resolved this season of the two main arcs going on.

Agreed. I understand why they did it, but still. Not cool.Pretty good episode, but I'm docking points for killing off Rufus. Yeah, it added to the drama, but the guy was too cool for school. Even in just this one episode, he had all the best lines.
now riddle me this.... is EVE... leader in Pergatory....
or is it something like that Yu Yu Hakusho anime where everybody is fighting out between thems selves for the top spot till one of em gets out....
Good episode, but with all the resurrections I'm not sure how dramatic it feels; Supernatural has gone to heaven and hell, and made it pretty clear that "dying" in Supernatural reality is nothing more than a quick transition to either hell (tough luck) or heaven, which is actually constructed to be a pleasant break room.
They really should have inserted the condition, back when the angels started yanking everyone back from the dead, that a mortal can only be rezzed one time - after that it starts fraying the soul and the rezzed person only lives for a short time before the soul detaches and drifts away.
That way, Samuel for instance, would truly be dead, here. He's already been revived once.
Hell, with all the resurrections that happen, I am surprised no angel or demon ever just yanked the boys' father back as a ploy to buy them off or manipulate them.
And when a demon or Angel dies, what happens to them. To they just cease to exist or do they go to Purgatory?
