I hate to admit it, but as a fan of SR I have to say Snyder and Nolan seem to be exploring the alienation theme in a MUCH more interesting and compelling way than Singer did.
Singer talked a lot about that idea beforehand, but his actual movie only touched lightly on the subject, and you pretty much had to read between the lines to see anything more.
But in this teaser Superman already comes across as MUCH more real and human. I know not everyone loves that concept or wants to see him that way, but I for one hope this movie finally does the idea justice.
same here. also, that poster is awesome.Sorry, I'm not going to watch the preview first in crappy youtube quality.
I'll wait to see the teaser when it is shown with TDKR.![]()

. It would be an added bonus to see a trailer again with a film you want to see again. I doubt many would only go for a trailer though.
Between a shitty looking costume and the sense of the film emulating the recent Batman trilogy in tone (rather than going for its own thing) I'm not feeling encouraged.I'm really eager to see the trailer now...kind of 60-40 on the poster. Has a strong "Batman Begins" feel to it. Here is Collider's coverage of the panel.

Yeah, the days of buying a ticket to Wing Commander just to see the trailer for The Phantom Menace are long gone.I doubt it. Nothing against this movie or the trailer. But for the reason you said, its easy to see trailers online now. It would be an added bonus to see a trailer again with a film you want to see again. I doubt many would only go for a trailer though.
