They damage the press release further by going on to talk about the shows being "likely to be the subject of many water-cooler moments for fans," when this is such an American term that would again not engage with the UK audience. Indeed most people if you spoke to them in an UK office 'at the water cooler' wouldn't even wach the SCI FI Channel as it's so niche here.

To be fair, Sci-Fi channel isn't that niche. It gets better ratings than Discovery, Yesterday, or FX and fairly comparable to Virgin 1.
