Spoilers Stranger Things - Season 5

Not that i think one of these two will die in vol. 2 but i fully expect at least second line characters to die this Christmas, possibly even someone from the main cast.

I just can't see them all making it but i also don't believe it'll be a bloodbath Quention Tarantino style, that's not how the Duffers usually write.
Indeed not. In fact, in one of the articles I posted last month (I think it was the Variety piece), the Duffer brothers specifically addressed this issue where they said they treat character deaths very seriously and only do them well they serve a direct and deliberate purpose (mine words, not theirs).

However i can't wait for more answers and reveals, i am pretty sure that they have some major twists and reveals lined up and the trailer makes unsubtle hints at that. Vol. 2 i might actually binge this time :)
Yup. Dustin's comments alone make it clear we're in for some fascinating revelations. I cannot wait!

If this were any other point in the series, I'd blow off the whole everything you thought you knew about the Upside Down thing as overselling something that will end up being minor, but we are at the last three episodes, so now would be the time for those kind of reveal.
That new spinning Upside Down orb is new, and ominous.
I'm really hoping the "You die, I die" thing with Steve and Dustin isn't a set up for one of them to die.
I'd been expecting the Hawkings gang to end up working with Kay and the military now that things are getting more intense with Vecna and the Upside Down, but from what we're seeing in the trailer, that's not looking likely, at least for a while.

It was either Sadie Sink or Millie Brown who implied in an interview that the final scene for all the major characters together is not the end of the show.

For some reason, I think that while Will isn't going to die, he's going to have to stay in the Upside Down forever at the end of the series, essentially trading places with Vecna.

It's heavily implied now that the Upside-Down isn't a creation of Vecna, but of Will. Vecna may have been chilling with the Mind Flayer and the Demogorgons earlier, but in that weird hellscape, not in the Upside Down itself, which was only created the night he was abducted.

Hmmm...much like the ending of  Loki. I like that heroic sacrifice.

Which correlates with what Nancy discovered in her own room in the Upside Down last season.

Just read the article before I came to the thread.
The whole thing is worth a read, but here are a few highlights:
One of the biggest challenges for the creators was figuring out a way to still have monsters in the show, even though it takes place after El closed the portal to the Upside Down at the end of Season 2.
The art style was inspired by the early seasons' posters by Kyle Lambert
No matter how long the show runs, it will stay in the same time period between seasons 2 and 3.

Ugh, Jimmy Fallon...

Wait, you buried the lede (goes to show you should always watch the full interviews)! At the 2:30 mark, the Duffer brothers shared a clip of their first short film. Absolutely adorable...and probably in some woods I'm familiar with (since I'm also from Durham).

As for the hint, I'm sure that's just them messing with the fans.

What I find much more curious is the fact that the Duffer brothers stacked Henry and Vecna with Will in between them. That certainly gives credence to the theory that Will takes over Henry's role in the Upside Down a la Loki. Although the Duffer brothers also said that all of the fan theories they've read haven't figured out the ending ("Clearly they haven't read this theory!" or "It's a bluff!" or...).

I guess that makes sense considered Raw is also on Netflix, but I I wonder what they have in mind. Also, i think I heard this last week that WWE is basically recording shows so the next few won't be "live".

This just popped up in my feed:

I love Linda's response to Jake's question about who is scarier, Vecna or the Terminator.

...huh. That's unexpected.
Hopper joins Wrestlemania???
If this is true, and it could be, WWE shows will continue airing pre-recorded episodes until the beginning of January. The Monday episode of Raw was filmed on Friday. It's likely that some of the cast members will be guests on Raw in Monday's episode, or the following week's episode (they had Emma Myers and a few other cast members as audience members a few days before the second season of 'Wednesday' aired in August). Or, if there are any wrestling fans among the cast of Stranger Things, they might wrestle with their character on the show.
