News Stranger Things - Season 5

Jonathan has been sort of "just there" of late, and that's just the kind of character who would be written to step up to have some final, unexpected big moment, so I believe he's high on the Grim Reaper's list.
I've been thinking on this one for awhile and perhaps I'm overthinking it, but I wonder, with all of us expecting Jonathan or even Steve to die to resolve the love triangle, what if Nancy is the one who actually dies?

As strange ( pun intended) as it is to say this it might be good.

Deaths should come sudden, should shock people and rip them out of the comfort zone. It should make people either angry, sad or even both and not just shrug shoulders because it followed a trope. Jonathan has not been a factor for a long time, sad to say he's just there so his death would not be as shocking to the audience as a fan favorite would be.

Given that this is the final season it should go out with a big bang, real consequences ( as consequential as it can be for a show finale) and a win that comes with a heavy price.

Interesting choice, but it would be a devastating end to the series to have Mike lose Eleven and Nancy. Imagine how an epilogue to the series would play out after that.

i think in my opinion season 5 of stranger things will be like the broken hardys gimmick

where there will be a final deletion great wars and deletions

I've always suspected Eleven to be one of the characters killed off in the final season, so her death would not be a shock (no matter how it happens). I'm hoping Lucas is not killed off (and playing into one of film fantasy's worst tropes), as it would be terrible for Max to be restored, only for Lucas to end up dead.

Hopper has been teased as dead before, so one would imagine the showrunners would not take the character in that direction again.

I could see Jonathan being at least one of the deaths, while a lot of are predicting, and might mean a lot to us, it would be a big hit for the rest of the cast.

Fantastic write-up about the show's conclusion and how everyone, but particularly the Duffers, dealt with it.

I love that they managed a logistical miracle of arranging the shooting schedule so that every principal; actor's final scene on the show was also their last day of filming. Such a sweet (if painful) parting present for all of them.

The article pointed out something that should've been obvious (and may have been for some): Part of the reason season four ran so long was because the geographical distances between three groups of characters, thus preventing easier overlap. With everyone back together in Hawkins, the run times are much more manageable with most of the episodes running at an hour with only episode four at an hour and 23 minutes and episode eight at "about two hours."

i heard that all the episodes in season 5 are gonna be like a movie like in season 4

its most likely that the last 2 episodes are gonna be like 2 hour movies
Except that's been debunked repeatedly by the Duffers themselves and this very article says the contrary.

but what if the debunking was to throw off the scents so that duffs want us the fans to be are wrong and not right because of you know with this day and age of the internet its like we can find spoilers and inside scoops almost everywhere
