Strange thing about the hull

Depends on the week and the plot. It's flexible like that.

It's got expansion joints that change its size, they stole them from Warehouse 13 because everyone their died during world war 3

Size comparison graphic Ent-D, 747, cruise liner, aircraft carrier, some other obscure boat

Well judging by the graphic there a 747 might be a bit too big just by a bit. The cruise ships compare nicely in terms of sheer size. Imagine that large one with warp nacelles bolted to the sides.

Oh, I think I remember that. That's from that late 90s movie about the old woman who ignores a lifetime of memories with a husband and family who loved her and dwells on that one night stand she had in her youth.

I have a friend that saw that movie 27 times and she is obsessed with that boat

The height of the vertical stabilizer would be a big problem.

It's bigger on the inside like Charlie's garage in Bumblebee

Well, why does the Excelsior has that massive cut out at the bottom of the Engineering hull? .
Warp dynamics or something.

Now, I might put a drop ship to finish the curve out to the shuttle bay. It would look like a lifting body with fins and a ball cockpit. The craft turns over and lands flat side down and the turret becomes a vehicle.

Now one could be sinister with all this and have this crew actually be in that lower engineering hull unable to get to the saucer...and wondering what is going on above...

Only 27? There was a girl I knew in high school who saw it 10 times in the theater and then watched it 20 more once on VHS. Though, that was a Leo obsession, not a boat obsession.

Oh but did your friend get tons of models of the ship and books and stuff?

Again, Leo obsession not boat.

I had the Titanic books, models and the like for a while. I studied it a bit during high school.

Oh yeah my the girl I knew had the leo obsession too but she bought tons of books and models some of which I helped her build and just went nuts.

Ah, I see.

Well, it was my first encounter with a person repeatedly seeing the same film in the theater more than two or three times. Struck me as quite odd.

I wish I had been able to do that.

Also, I should add that I was 13 when this girl was seeing Titanic 10 times in the theater. This was not something I found common behavior at 13.

I always thought 78 was your birth year, but I guess you're a few years younger than I had thought.
