Strange cyclops bird on Naomi Wildman's desk

I was going through screencaps on TrekCore, when I came across something I'd never noticed before. I even watched "Homestead" fairly recently, and didn't catch it that time either. But when Neelix talks to Naomi while she's doing her homework, she has what appear to be two toy birds on her desk. I've adjusted the lighting of the screencaps so we can see the objects a little better.

The one on the right seems to be a stuffed penguin. But the one on the left has me baffled. It looks like a cyclops parrot in a wig, with a handle on top?

Memory Alpha doesn't seem to mention this object.

So what the heck is that thing next to the stuffed penguin? Just a model of a cyclops bird? A toy that you take apart and put back together, like Mr. Potato-Head? A decorative jar of some kind? And what's it supposed to be? An alien bird from her father's home planet? Or a character from some in-universe children's program?

With a little luck and internet sleuthing in the form of a Google backwards image search I was able to find out that it’s apparently a 1990s toy called “Fuzzles” by manufacturer ERTL. It’s a sort of duster stick with feet that lets you put different modular features like eyes, wings, ears etc. on it to create various kind of creatures. You are welcome.

Looks like Samantha Wildman was into getting vintage 20th century toys for her daughter.
