The am part might be the mistake.
Edit: it was a mistake. I set up a new event, now on Sunday at a correct time. Turns out I missed the date, too, since on saturday the upgrade would still be under construction.
So now sunday evening (Europe)/early afternoon (USA).

Since are listed with 4000 Fleet credits now on the leaderboard I'd say you did it right.
So from no on we prioritize the upgrades over the regular project, right?

Seems I dont have access to buy from fleet stores including our new KDF shipyard.

Shipyard is coming along nicely. Afraid what's holding it back is dilithium, tons of it that we don't have.
If everyone just donate maybe 1000-2000 a day we could at least get there inch by inch.

Until the Shipyard is at Tier 3, I plan on concentrating on my most developed Fed toon so that I can contribute Dil in those ranges as often as I can.

I donated as much dilithium as I had to the fleet project tonight. I'll try to work to earn some more and do the same in a few days.

We are down to 34k dilithium left for the shipyard.
Everyone doing one fleet action for the project and we are good to go.
Edit: it's running now!
Edit 2: 7 days completion time!!

FYI: We just started the final engineering project to get the XP for another upgrade unlock.
That means we have a choice now what to upgrade next:
Communications Array which will provide Elite Personal Shields, the next transwarp conduit project, and some minor science buffs to starbase and consumables.
or Industrial Fabricator for Elite ground Armor and Elite Ground Weapons plus engineering buffs for base and consumables.
Unfortunately we can't pick the main base upgrade since the com array got already slotted and can't be unslotted now except by slotting a different project. The second the base upgrade is available either the array or fabricator will already be live.
So what do you guys prefer next?

That was my doing.
Lex had 46,000 dilithium just sitting there and I thought it would be a nice way to contribute by getting our ship yard running.
We are down to 34k dilithium left for the shipyard.

What advantage does the transwarp upgrade give? Whatever it is, I say go with that, since I don't use the equipment (how much zen can I get with the dil to buy that stuff?).

The transwarp gate itself will a lower priority, the com array just unlocks that project.
The T3 transwarp gate will just unlock 3 new transwarp destinations you can access from the fleet gate.
i believe those will be located in Regulus block, Pi Canis and Eta Eridani.
