Awesome work !! Wish I could contribute more Dilithium to these projects, but I'm currently grinding dil to convert to zen so I can purchase the Andorian ship pack. Once I've finished with this grind, I'll try to contribute more.

That's alright, I totally understand the need for more dilithium. So I'm switching to the doff-heavy projects as an experiment. Hopefully, we'll be able to move the starbase forward with them.

Well giving 1000 xp will help, not to mention that Doffs can be gotten from the fleet Starbase and some recruitment assignments.

My suggestion would be The TrekBBS Cohort .

Doesn't Legio refer to an army and not a fleet?
According to this webpage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_navy the proper name for our Romulan fleet should be Classis TrekBBS.

Yes, a Legio, or Legion were heavy infantry troops, and usually had a cavalry unit attached. They numbered up to 5,000 men, and are comparable to current day army brigades.
The think we need to consider is did the Romulans use the term, and for what.

Ah, so the first question is not, what the name of the new Romulan fleet should be, but if there should be a new fleet at all, or if Romulan characters simply join the existing Armada/House.

Well, it seems as though for a Romulan to start a fleet of Romulans, you'd still have to choose a side to ally with. Meaning it would be a bunch of Romulans building a Fed or KDF star base.
Might as well join one if the existing board fleets and to keep building up our existing bases.
So, a little disappointing, but it won't keep me from rolling a Romulan.
