I'll help if possible. Though I just converted all my dilithium to Zen in anticipation of Romulan C-Store stuff.

A thought:

We hav a lot of high value stuff in the bank that no one seems to be using.

Why not convert that into energy credits for doffs and other items that can be bought at vendors and even exchange.

That's a good idea. I did a farming foundry mission last night, sold all the items for about 400,000 EC and then bought a bunch of DOFFS and consumables (with my Ferengi, for the discount) and contributed them to the Fleet. The mission only took about 10 mins to complete.

Also, aren't there still a couple mission rewards you can sell for around 100k EC each? Some Engines/Deflectors/Shields?
When a full team farms them, that's 500k in about 15 minutes or so.

Yes, I'm not sure which ones though. If we get a few team members to farm and buy DOFFS from the exchange and the required consumables, we can make some serious progress on both the starbase and the embassy.

A good way to farm is also to assemble a team and kill Borg in Ker'rat.
They have a high chance for valuable drops and with 5 players you can complete the main objectives in about 2 minutes with a good chance for valueable leader board rewards.
Plus the dilithium reward for the Ker'Rat daily if you have it.

I took the liberty to promote everyone to full member who i could identify as a board member.

Everyone who is still a cadet and who has been for some time now. It might be a good idea to write in the comment space next to your name who you are on the board as the roster has gotten so big that it has become impossible to manage it by memory.

made a first attempt for a Romulan Fleet uniform.

This one is faction agnostic. will post a Fed version once i get to that unlock.

Very close to the uniform I used while testing. I didn't like the KDF/Rom options. Haven't looked at the Fed hybrid uniforms yet.

We could also use some of the stuff in the bank to fill items needed for fleet projects like engine batteries.

You can also invest unused Lobi Crystals. I spent 200 Lobi for Tholian Robes and they sold for 16m EC on the exchange. The Tholian Silk Scarf nets between 6 and 7m EC. And if you let 800 accumulate, you can buy one of the ships. The Temporal Destroyer and Jem'Hadar Dreadnought both sell in the 75-80m EC range.

If you're not using the crystals anyway, it would make a nice donation. Would buy a lot of resources for the fleet base.

I have a scarf on the Exchange now. I'll donate the proceeds when it sells.

EDIT: My current fleet rank doesn't allow me to deposit funds.

How much interest is there in a PvP course to learn the basics of player-vs-player fighting?
I keep hearing from time to time, that people avoid PvP because "they suck" at it.

We could take a look at each others build, optimize that and practice basic strategies for dueling and arena matches.

A good PvPer is automatically an awesome PvEer, as well.

It couldn't hurt to have my build looked at. I do suck as PVP. I always have, in any game I play. I think a big part of it is my reaction time isn't as fast as it probably needs to be.

I'll post my equipment later, along with Doff assignments and Boff positions. Do you need to know my skill allotment as well?

Well, played STO for a bit again today...
They added and changed a lot...
Did the Doomsday missions and there are cutscenes added, and more!
Visited the fleet starbase, nifty...
My admiral got some new missions the minute i logged in, i wonder how usefull it still is since i reached the endgame with that toon way back when i subscribed to the game...

Wow, you. Have't Seen the Doomsday update yet?
You didn't play for a long time then.
It is almost an entirely new game then for you.

All missions are level scaling now and you get level appropriate gear as reward now.
Plus tons of new stuff.
And we are on the verge of another major update with the Legacy of Romulus.

Is there a specific time for the fleet meet up thing, i know we are a international fleet from many diffrent time zones.
