STO - Admiralty System Optimizer

The automatic update service is the biggest and riskiest change I've ever made. When you run the new program, the first thing it does is check with my update server. If there's an update, the program will download the new version before launching it. Right now, I'm hoping the update server's bandwidth charges won't kill me or I may have to pull the plug on it.

Besides that, the optimizer itself hasn't changed much. The only change is removing the old ship scoring formula in favor of the new crit-rating based formula.

This will be the first test of the auto-update feature. With any luck, anyone who has installed the previous version, v1.0.5, would get a update notice when they run the program.

I am still looking for the Kelvin Timeline D4x Bird-of-Prey (T6)'s Admiralty stats, so if you own the ship please post an image of it's ship card!

Possible feature: a way to manually do an update check. I got the update check the first time I opened the program after 1.0.5, but haven't gotten it since. Or rather, it pops up for an instant every time, but doesn't do anything, whereas the first time it stayed around for a second or two.

Also, it looks like the 1.0.6 download link is broken.

The launcher is designed to make a check for updates every 3 days. So don't worry, it will prompt you again in 3 day's time.

Or if you're impatient, delete the settings.txt file as it contains the date and time of the last update. Deleting the file will make the launcher think it has never done an update and will do a check immediately.

QoL request, don't know if it's possible: having "Ignore +/- X" ships suggested when there is no need for them is annoying; could something be done about this? I mean, suggesting a Dyson ship when you only have two good sci ships is one thing, but having all three suggestions be Ignore ships on an event without extra requirements added seems silly. Like I said, I don't know if it's possible or practical, but it's been a minor bugaboo.

I don't believe the Fleet Temporal ships are listed yet and they probably should be. =)

I have not had any luck in getting info on many fleet ships, not just for the temporal fleet ships. If you or anyone can provide me with screencaps of admiralty cards for any missing ship, I would gladly add it to the database of ships.

Are you still making updates? I don't see the Intel assault cruiser (T6) among the listed ships. E62 T 30 S16 Main18h (+20 tac and end when alone)
