Started watching My Little Pony!

Unfortunately I still stand by what I said a few seasons ago: I can’t stand the Cutie Mark Crusaders, as a group or individually. I wish they didn’t get as many episodes as they do. I could handle one a season. I suppose they were brought into the show to entertain the really young viewers.

They are a bit much sometimes. I like the CMC, they're adorable, but they can be overload if used too much. If you're in the fifth season, you do have a really solid CMC episode coming up that you may enjoy.

OK, I added this to my Netflix queue. Ironically, it's actually the second horse themed show (well kinda) I've added, after I recently added the Canadian drama Heartland.

Right now my plan is The Punisher, the first seasons of Iron Fist and Heartland, and then Season 3 of The Last Kingdom. Whatever works best for you, really, but I will say that you may start watching it in big binges like I did, and like @Janeway’s Girl is doing.

Actually I've got probably at least 100 or 200 things on my queue. I'm probably not going to watch most of it, I just add anything that looks even moderately interesting to it so I don't lose track of it. There's only about 20 or 30 things on there I'm definitely 100% going to watch.
I only have 5 or 6 of episode left of AOS, a handful of Trollhunters, and 3 Sherlocks, so those three are going to go quick.

“Crusaders of the Lost Mark” was enjoyable because the trio FINALLY got their cutie marks (which were all so obvious) and Diamond Tiara became a nice pony.

Yay! I was really glad when they finally received their cutie marks, but I was even happier when Diamond Tiara reformed. I'm a firm believer in redemption, and seeing her come around was awesome.

I was really happy to get a proper Hearth’s Warming Eve episode, and even happier that it was Pinkie-themed! She is definitely the normal one in her family.

I forgot to mention that I loved “Do Princesses Dream Of Magic Sheep?” It was nice to have a Luna-centric episode. She needs more!

I was trying to hold off on watching the trailer for the movie but I couldn’t resist. I can’t wait until I’m finished season 7 so I can watch it!

Btw, are we ever going to see Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra again?

Without spoiling anything, I will say that coming up you will see at least one of them again.

Done with season 5. I will say I was disappointed with the finale, with the exception of seeing Queen Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon. Disappointed in the same way as with the season opener. I didn’t care for Starlight Gimmer as a villain. Maybe I’ll like her more as a good pony.

Aside from that, I think season 4 and 5 are my favourites so far.

Starlight had to grow on me over the course of the 6th season. She did, but it did take a little time. Your mileage will vary, but I do prefer her as a good pony. She's a lot of fun as a good pony.

The ground hog day episode with the cutie crusader was funny, since it was very Buffy Monkey Claw.

I was thinking that the hold up was that the parents had to pay a tax to the princess before the Kids got their marks... Similar to how poor kids IRL don't get a visit from Santa after they turn seven.
