Stargirl to air on both DC Universe and the CW

Oh, yeah, I understand that, I've watched Netflix, and Amazon Prime original series, my confusion was just on whether it's only the first two that are edited or if it's all of them. @DigificWriter said it was all of them, but the way the article was written, they made it sound like it's just the first two.

The article was directly quoting the actual maker of the show, who presumably knows what he's talking about.

I'm going by what I understand from previous announcements as posted through the DC Universe website and Community.

From shortly after it was announced that Stargirl was going to be syndicated on The CW, it was made clear by DC Universe staffers and Community Mods that edits would be made to all of the episodes of the series as broadcast on that network while DC Universe subscribers would have access to unedited versions of said episodes.

What I took from Johns' comments is that the process of editing Stargirl for broadcast on The CW resulted in specific scenes being cut from the first two episodes, which may not be the case with the remaining episodes, not that the first two episodes would be the only episodes that were edited down.

But we'll see for sure in the coming weeks.

It's on HBO's streaming services where available in Europe, so that'll be the full length version I presume.

Doesn't CW have its own streaming platform? Will it be on there? If so maybe they'll put it up there since fitting neatly in a time slot shouldn't be an issue there.

Yeah, I assume the CW app will have the full-length episode.

Yes, I gather new episodes will air on DC Universe one day, The CW the day after that, and The CW's website the morning after that.

I doubt it; I think the website episodes are the same version aired on the network. It would be nice if they did show the full-length ones, but I'd expect them to save those as an incentive for getting DC Universe.
