If they're getting a first-hand look at something they've only been told about (and warped by who knows what agenda), it's actually a very useful power. It's just another aspect of remote viewing. I'd rather be able to transcend space and time to see things for myself than depend on someone with a possibly hidden agenda to interpret things for me. Especially given people like Palps bopping around.
