I thought that both episodes were both really good. Echoing much of what has already been posted here so far, the characterization, particularly of Yoda, was well done and the show definitely looks like it is not afraid to be bold and showcase the horrors of war.
I really like the fact too that they explored how the Clones are perceived (or how they might perceive themselves) to be as expendable as the droids of the Separatist Army and that the Jedi (or at least some of them) view each of them as having worth as individuals within the force.
I liked how they utilized John William's "Yoda's Theme" in the first episode while Yoda was mentoring his clone troopers.
I hope other episodes keep up the quality of these first two entries but, if clips of future episodes are any indication, it appears that they will.
