WTF man? They can't even tweet a non-spoilery picture from the current set? Making us wait for a new ST movie for nearly 4 years is one thing, but not whet our appetites for even a slight amount?

 

I wish they were shooting II and III at once. At the rate they are going we'll have the third by 2020.

 

Orci has no time to tweet the pic because he is still busy writing the script.

 

It's his opinion on the topic. He's not trolling or spamming, or being a douche. Leave the guy alone until it becomes an issue.

And it is a douche move (grrrrrrrrrrrrr) for them to tweet an old picture unless they were clear that it was from the 2009 movie. So ya, WTF?

According to this Benedict Cumberbatch will be the villain. He is the only who has the right looks and manners to play Q.

Hey, do you remember back in 2008 or so, we got a half-lit pic of a corridor, and we spent weeks analysing that? Everyone going "wah, it's dark and gritty! Star Trek isn'r supposed to be dark and gritty! Damn you, JJ Abrams!"

This is kind of like that, only without the badly lit candid. And we thought we had it bad back then, years and years after angsting that there would not be any more ST everandeverandever after ENT's cancellation.

Oh, the nostalgia.

 

That mysterious corridor turned out to be from the USS Kelvin, btw. The Great Robau blessed it with his presence on the way to the shuttle bay.
