At least twice during Star Trek 12, Kirk opens an overhead hatch and hundreds of tribbles fall out.

But other than that, there should be no mention of tribbles anywhere in the story...

There's just one thing: he doesn't have ability to delete his own posts. He has enough time in, but has less than 1000 posts. Thus, while he can edit, he will see no "Delete" to click, and therefore will have no little circle to check and no "Delete this Message" button. It's a permissions-level thing.

I could probably fix it for him, though, if he likes.

The Prime Directive is Abolished.

The Federation now a more military force , finds itself in an esculating cold war with the now more agressive Romulan Empire and the more territorial Klingon Empire.

They decide to Abolish the Prime Directive in relation to grabbing more territory for the Federation . Gone are the days when they observe and determine if a society is ready.

Now if possible they will 'invite' mostly stable Planets to join the Federation. To add more numbers and resources. If the planet is politically unstable they will aid whoever seems reasonable to make it stable. And if they are basically living in caves they will mine the planet if needy resources under the newly formed Federation resource emergency act.

The Federation Picard knew, Janeway believed in is gone.
