How was it? Did you notice anything that you previously hadn't?
I actually doubt it - you must have seen it like a hundred times before, xD. (as for me, I'm watching Voyager for the 35th time and I'm on Season 7 now)

Did you know that those lights in the rock that Zahir wanted show Kes later turned out to be part of a map in the relaunch books? In the episode I've always felt fascinated by those and it's a pity I can't use them as a background for a good DARKLING wallpaper because I can't find a decent screencap with them (either Kes or Zahir is blocking half of them or they are shown from too large a distance).

As you might know, there's a lot of debating about Kes in another thread. Therefore I was mostly studying the scenario, the interaction between the characters and things like that. But I found nothing that I haven't seen before.
The valley Kes and Zahir is looking out over looks like a place near where I live (minus the three moons! ).

I can see your frustration when it comes to the lights in the rock. I work with a lot of image editing myself and it's always frustrating when you cant use a picture because of darkness, shades and such.

So you are saying that I couldn't see three moons at your place if I ever visited? I'm shocked ...
Nevertheless, I hope you'll forgive me for saying that if I ever had the chance, I would visit Zahir's planet a lot sooner than your place because I can't stand the cold ...

I guess when you rewatch VOY, you only refer to the first three seasons. Imagine how much of my time I have devoted to VOY, watching the entire series for the 35th time!
But this is such a good series. To quote Harry from THE CLOUD "I've never seen anything like it!"

I've noticed the Kes debate, of course. To be honest, I agree with a lot things that you say (not with everything but with most things) but that thread is just too much for me. I generally don't like to discuss most aspects of the show with anyone really because what they call discussion, I call bashing the show ... and I'm tired of it.
And ... what might sound surprising is that IMHO, this site is by far not the worst. IMDB was much worse ... Maybe still is, I haven't been there for a long time.

So ... have you got any Kes (or VOY) pictures that you've made? Please feel free to share them here.

To each their own. I like calling him Tommyboy but if you prefer Tomboy ... go for it.
Also, I can't tell you why but I just love his full name. Somehow Thomas Eugene Paris sounds ... I don't know ... solemn or eloquent. Definitely much more so than just Tom Paris. It must be the three names. I mean, Miles Edward O'Brien and Benjamin Lafayette Sisko also sound much better to me than when you leave their middle names out.
And then on Voyager, Tommyboy is the only one who has three names. Thomas Eugene Paris ... so elegant ...
