I like this uniform and regret that we only got the occasion to see Tom/Harry/B'Elena wearing it one time, for a race between differents population of aliens.
As for the episode in itself, it had no real interest except for P/T (and their fans) to strenghen their relationship with a marriage proposal.

Ah, the famous tirade on the fact that Borg remains a Borg - even if he never mention them in his little fable (sorry but I prefer La Fontaine's fables!)-...to finally yield to the advances of one of them in the finale, from the moment the said Borg specimen is adorned with attractive appearance and a nicer language.
As the saying goes only fools never change their minds, right! 
By the way, correct me if I'm wrong but the Seven Chakotay dated
in Endgame is still a Borg - and will always be, besides -, what means that she has still the potential to kill in assimilating - with her tubules - /hiting - with her hand - people around her, especially if she feels in danger and/or a member of her Voyager family is in danger, no matter the level reached in her Humanity) and/or to save them in injecting nanoprobes.
So, whaterver Chakotay said/acted, in dating Seven, he places himself at the mercy of a scorpion!
