Bah, it is better for Janeway to realize that late than ever, isn't it?!
But alas, I'd add that she was the one and only responsible of her fate: this is the risk of giving full trust and confidence to a stranger (who had his own personality & agenda) with the hope of a fair return of an equal trust, confidence and respect. And worst, we know that she will do her best and even more to present him as a fully devoted XO and dear friend ... Sometimes, I wonder if our beloved Captain wasn't a little sadistic!

They def shuffled her off too quickly. I would like to have seen much more of her shenanigans before she met Cullah. He was a dirt sandwich- she deserved prime rib.

The Wimp Queen was crap compared to the genius of Seska!

The Wimp Queen was crap compared to the genius of Seska!

Well, both were genius but in different ways. Seska acted as the wolf in the sheepfold waiting her hour to attack from the inside (sleeping with Chakotay & working her friendship with B'Elena were bonus to blend even more in the mass and find shelter from eventual suspicions) while the Borg Queen, right the beginning, was the relentless domineering with a primary goal: colonize all planets on her way and increase her Borg army. Their common feature was their intelligence and in particular being able to think & act quickly and with finesse when necessary (Chakotay, Torres for Seska ; Janeway & Seven for the Borg Queen).
