I've recently gone back and revisited this story, cleaned up some of the grammar and diction, fixed some clunky dialogue, and corrected a ton of typos and spelling mistakes contained in the original. Since it is novella length, I'm not going to repost it word for word here, but below is a mediafire link to a PDF download containing both the introduction and the story itself. If you've already read the story, I haven't changed things so radically that it necessarily merits a re-read, but if you want a copy of this 'cleaned up' version, it is available. For anyone reading it and wanting to comment, please do so in this thread and not the old one.

Here is a link to the original Trek BBS thread for anyone who is interested, but as the last post in it was a few years ago, it's probably considered a necro thread by board standards: https://www.trekbbs.com/threads/st-...deux-complete-with-john-ford-klingons.176854/
If you are a fan of Ford's novel The Final Reflection, or the FASA-Trek Klingons adapted from Ford's work, you should definitely give this a look. For anyone wanting to give it a read, enjoy!
