This is based on the Mirror Broken TNG comics that IDW published last year.

There were no hard dates given just that Spock's reforms led to an eventual defeat by the Klingon Cardassian Alliance some time prior to the events of 'Crossover', the fates of the mirror TNG characters were never explored although mirror Tuvok shows up as a resistance fighter in 'Through the Looking Glass'.
