Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

Im starting to have have the same problems everyone else, when I read about all the complaining I thought it it aint that bad but the last few items I ordered have arrived broken, wrong product or ordering 2 different(the voyager and defiant dedication plaques)only to get 1 plaque 3 days in a row and only today I finally got the enterprise B and C after ordering them 2 weeks ago.

My oversize Enterprise E arrived today. Looks nice but unfortunately it's missing an impulse engine. So I've emailed customer support with pictures. This has always worked in the past. But I'm a little disappointed

Yep. I've tried the "we'll email you when it becomes available" feature and I've never gotten a single email from it. It just simply doesn't work. Like @Nate says, they only send emails when something actually gets shipped. Dazzit!
On two separate occasions I have used that feature and on both occasions I got an email when it came back in stock. This was the UK website though.

In a case such as this does it mean you have to send back your model?

My Vengance model was missing one of the phaser drones. Sent pix and they ship a new one to me. I did not have to send it back.

I've been buying the ones I want off the secondary market........I looked on the Eaglemoss website and could not see where to actually subscribe, since I am considering it. Where can I actually subscribe?

Does anyone know how the subscription works? I've accumulated the first 18 ships either through eBay, Eaglemoss store or Amazon, if I subscribe will it start from issue 1 or can I have it start with other issues?

I believe if you call and start a subscription, you can ask for them to start it at any issue. US: ‭(800) 261-6898‬

I've had two ships arrived damaged: the mirror Enterprise and the Horizon. When I've emailed them with pics they sent them out again within 2 weeks and I got to keep the damaged ones. With the oversize being £50, I can't imagine they'll let me keep it. But I said I was happy to return it in my email so we'll just wait and see

Thanks, I appreciate it!
When I moved to Ireland in 2015, I jumped at the chance to start a subscription. Upon signing up, the options was to start from issue 1, or an issue in the 20s. I think. I opted to start from issue 20 because I had the previous ships.

Now, by that time the sub was current around issue 41. So, I got to choose through the phone how quickly to catch up. They sent me the current issues, and whichever old one was in stock. I went for: 2 new, 2 old per month.

I'd be surprised if they didn't ask you to send it back. I'm interested to know if they do or not.

And made them cheaper, I think this would be a good one to subscribe to, only $60 per ship. Plus a few free gifts.

The Enterprise-E is currently on the US store for $74.95. If you subscribe to the new service it's $59.95. Savings of $15.

Ok then. I did understand what you meant by cheaper, I just don't work with Dollars but thank you for clarifying that I could in theory save $15 on something. - which having thrown that figure into Google, is only a saving of around £12 or €13 which to be honest, isn't much at all.
