A soong in the script is worth two in the cast.So do two Soongs make a song?

I'm guessing they'll have La Sirena do it, since she's in all 3 seasons.
Says the guy who has Sisko in his avatar. How many episodes of DS9 were there where Starfleet wasn't the main focus? The main focus in several episodes was Bajor, the civilians on the station, the Cardassians, the Klingons in a few instances. Starfleet played second fiddle in a lot of episodes, sometimes even third fiddle.La Sirena is not Starfleet ship. It is not normal that non-Starfleet ship makes Starfleet delta logo. It is non-sense from Patrick Stewart who refuses to wear Starfleet uniform.
Star Trek is all about Starfleet, it always was and it always will be. I hate this Star Warsi-isation of Star Trek. And I hate La Sirena. Studip cargo ship with cheap and stupid interior.

As far as Star Wars-ification, how about we look at the average DS9 Mirror Universe episode? If Regent Worf isn't a Darth Vader stand-in, I don't know what is. If the ship battles in those episodes aren't pure Star Wars, I don't know what is. I'd say those episodes of DS9 are more Star Wars than almost any episode of PIC. What's also Star Wars is Sisko and The Prophets versus Dukat and The Pah'Wraiths. The Jedi and The Dark Side.
The most Star Wars-like episode of PIC that I can think of is "Penance", the second episode from the second season, where Picard and company have to escape the Confederation and save the Borg Queen from execution. Even that's a stretch.

We've seen exactly two versions of the "starship makes the delta logo in space" intro and you can already declare what is normal. It is not normal that non-Starfleet ship makes Starfleet delta logo.
You realize there was a scene in season 1 where Stewart insisted on wearing a Starfleet uniform even though no one else thought it would be necessary? It is non-sense from Patrick Stewart who refuses to wear Starfleet uniform.
Then it will fade. Such a limited view restricts Trek unnecessarily.Star Trek is all about Starfleet, it always was and it always will b
Logos copy from each other all the time. This is nonsense. It is not normal that non-Starfleet ship makes Starfleet delta logo. It
Star Trek is bigger than Starfleet. If the franchise wants to survive long-term, it needs to keep expanding its scope.
Maybe. I'm totally cool with the idea of a Star Trek spy show--but it shouldn't be about Section 31. Section 31 should be the bad guys.I wonder if Kurtzman & Co. got spooked by the reaction to the Section 31 show - it's probably the least typical of the Trek ideas in production so far, and there's been very little positive response. If they're still going to take a risk on that one, then they'd most likely want to double-down on the "safe" notions just in case it bellyflops.
Kurtzman and Co had nothing to do with Picard Season 3 being what it is, that was all Terry.
Obviously I'm sure they approved it, but I doubt they told him 'make it more starfleet'.

Yeah, that pesky Patrick Stewart who refused to wear Starfleet uniforms for PIC, he was so stubborn and refused to change his mind just to ruin the day for all those "REAK Trek fans who want REAL Star Trek"...
