Spoilers Star Trek: Picard General Discussion Thread

If it's that late, then sure, just put them in uniforms related to the early TNG ones. If we get a glimpse of the Stargazer in Picard's early years, I'd rather see them retcon (or at least make a strong adjustment to) the monster maroons.

The only lead character who wasn't yet in Starfleet or at least the Academy in 2355 was Worf, who graduated in 2361 so likely didn't enter until 2357.

Evan Evagora broke his leg and posted about it on instagram. I don't know how this will affect him filming season 3 for his characters storyarc.I'm sorry he got hurt .and feels better soon.

Dang! I hope he recovers as quickly as possible

As for season 3
That's assuming he's in the third season...

I'm disappointed Narek isn't in Season 2. I wanted him and Soji to have one final bit out.

Mind you, I wanted to see how the Romulans would react to, "Oh by the way, our version of conspiracy nuts killed 900 million of us."

Terry Matalas posted anew picture on twitter of an alien character while they're filming a season 3 episode. There was a recent interview on Trek Movie with Isa Briones talking about her character Soji and having to deal with mental health issues for her and the other characters in Picard season 2.

I hold hope that Season 4 will be STAR TREK: SEVEN.
I think there's just so much potential for a spin-off with Seven and the Rangers. Imagine this. The Rangers exist because of this lawless region of the galaxy where there was no government to step in and help the locals. Suppose the Rangers gain enough local legitimacy to form their own local government? Now, Seven and the rest have to see things from the other side of the fence. Come to an understanding why the Federation succeeds when it does and also why it fails when it does. Also, we know that this new local government would exist in the space that was once occupied by the Federation and Romulan neutral zone. Just suppose, that for whatever reason, it's in this new government's better interests to ally themselves with the Romulans rather than the Federation? The dramatic potential is endless.

I think he will be playing Soong living in the present day setting they go to. Maybe he is playing a Mark Zuckerberg type or this would be wild. What if he was playing Brent Spiner and Star Trek exists as a tv franchise. Gene Roddenberry was actually Q having fun.

Spiner announces he’ll play another Soong family member, and part of the fandom goes “Ugh, meh, not another Soong!”

And now I’m imagining the “WHERE IS BRENT SPINER?!” outcry from the other part of the fandom if they DIDN’T hire Brent Spiner to play another member of the Soong family.

This fandom, I swear
