I hope we get a glimpse of the Stargazer specifically to get rid of the maroons. It made no sense in-universe for Starfleet to stick with the same basic uniform design (with only very minor changes) for 70 years. I'd like to see that era of Starfleet have its own look and identity now that the franchise isn't beholden to reusing old costumes and ship models for budgetary reasons.

If it's an altered Stargazer, they can do whatever they want anyway XD

You mean like how they used AR walls to recreate the TOS Enterprise bridge in DSC? ;)

Well, the portrait Picard sees in his alternate universe house has him wearing a modern variant of the MM.

We'll see Monster Maroons or at bare minimum the Season 1 and 2 "pajama" uniforms from TNG. They're not going to retcon either uniform after all these decades. Even the SNW uniforms are now pullover shirts evolving towards the TOS pullover tunics.

If the Stargazer's only going to be in one scene, they can use the AR wall for that. But it's not feasible to use it for an entire run of a tv show for the TOS bridge for Strange New Worlds.

Also they didn't have the AR wall yet when filming Discovery's Enterprise appearance.

Evan Evagora broke his leg and posted about it on instagram. I don't know how this will affect him filming season 3 for his characters storyarc.I'm sorry he got hurt .and feels better soon.

With the IATSE having just voted to go on strike, I presume that all production will be halted almost immediately.

Hope they finished all of Season 2's post-production already, otherwise the release will almost certainly get pushed back, since IATSE represents video editors and animators as well.

Had to find out what this meant: International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.

Yeah, that's not a good sign for meeting deadlines.

Admittedly it's a strike authorization vote, not a strike yet. Often these votes are taken as leverage to bring the employer to the table with a better final offer.

But this isn't like a writers' strike. This will halt production on virtually everything.

The studios agreed to return to the bargaining table tomorrow. Hopefully, things are resolved (and amicably, of course).

I'm Instagram-inept. I somehow failed to find this post of Evagora's. Will you link me?

Wasn't that the Battle of Maxia and something meant to be fairly recent in Picard's history?

2355. Just nine years before Season 1 of TNG and well within the Starfleet careers of every adult officer in the lead cast.
