As disappointed as I would be not to see Ent-E turn up in some capacity, someone told me the Ent-F turned up in the "canon" comics so I could imagine the final season being somewhat of a backdoor pilot for an Ent-F show.

Raffi living at Vasquez Rocks hitting up snakeweed, a lifestyle only a synth can endure.

I don’t want to clog up other threads with different main topics with my thoughts and detail them. You know, every little thought that pops into your head doesn’t necessarily need a new thread devoted to it.
That would be great - but the plot twist it’s Lore. That would be a good last scene of the season. But my money is still on a resurrected Data.
I only suggested Rios is a hologram himselfSo it's Raffi now?
Just give it up already.
Being outcast from society and a loser who was rejected by all her peers in starfleetWhat life is that? She looks to have a decent home, I'm sure she has a replicator to take care of her meals. Seems like a pretty sweet life for a washed up junkie.

Having everything one needs to survive on a daily basis is not always conducive to being happy with the way one is living. But not when compared to the prestige she had when attached at the hip to a shining beacon like Picard.
Humans can endure that lifestyle too. Whether or not it's healthy is another question.
I like to think Michael Chabon isn't going to make Picard a 1:1 copy of Battlestar Galactica and just that they're going about the same theme differently. But if Musiker were a synth, that would be a bridge too far. That is BSG.
But award-winners don't win awards by being hacks, so I don't think this is the route Chabon is going to go.
I'm thinking Musiker might be an augmented human like Bashir and his pals. Would explain why she's brilliant yet a messed addict and why she got the boot once Picard resigned. And this would be very Star Trek.
