What happened to the DSC board tradition of letting @Commander Richard start each new episode thread with some nice artwork?

No disrespect to ANYONE (honestly) but it makes looking through the thread after the premier vert difficult. Maybe all the speculations and discussions about the trailers can be done in their own threads?

2) How can people have already voted on this episode? Did they see it somewhere?

1. Some people come into spoiler threads and complain that there are spoilers. Some other people try to nip it, nip it in the bud, by using the spoiler tags. It's harmless. No big deal.

2. Some people do things to be clever. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's harmless. No big deal.

I went back and checked - Borg queens do not have all black eyes. Thus I see no reason to believe that Seven is being (re)assimilated.

That's what I was thinking when I wrote the post. I know we're all excited, but it's daunting to navigate a thread (especially last week's) when you don't get people's actual opinions on the episode until page 6 or 7. What if we had two threads for each epsiode, kind of like what reddit does. You have a pre-show speculation thread, and then you have a post show thread which can be unlocked sometime Wednesday night. Each can be stickied until maybe the Monday after the episode airs and then we start the cycle again the next week.

I will say this thread is not going to get to 400 posts by the episode airdate, but I guess what happened with Japan last week was an outlier. Why did the Japanese get that episode early anyway. I mean if you make a mistake in one country, you might as well release the episode around the same time all over the world. It's hard enough to avoid spoilers but that was the issue last week. You want to share the excitement leading into the episode, but the episode was already out so unless you don't care about spoilers, you were pretty much out of luck.

And illustrations like that make me wish the Borg could just by the wayside. reminds me of a lot of cyberpunk art I see around.
