Star Trek passings

I've got five actors who have passed that I either missed or were just officially uploaded.
Jean-Paul Vignon, 89, passed in March of 2024. He played the character of Edouard in TNG's episode 'We'll always have Paris'.
Brad Phillips, 69, passed in March of 2024. He played an Edo man in TNG's episode 'Justice'.
David Perna, 69, passed in Nov. of 2004. He played an alien animal soldier in TNG's episode 'Hide & Q'.
John K. Hayden, 39, passed in Jan. of 2004. He played an atomic war spectator in TNG's episode 'Encounter at Farpoint'.
Larry Polson, 75, passed in Jan. of 2012. He played an atomic war spectator in TNG's episode 'Encounter at Farpoint'.

Three actors have passed.
Rick Sandford passed, 43. He played a 10 Forward waiter in STTNG's episode 'Transfigurations'.
Phil Lodwick has passed, 2024. He played an Angosian Senator in STTNG's episode 'The Hunted'.
Richard Kray has passed, 2024. He played a Tau Cygna V colonist in STTNG's episode 'The Ensigns of Command'.

Two more actors that passed that I missed over the years. Joi Staton passed, 8/2024. She played a servant in ST:TNG's episode 'Qpid'.
Also, William Glover passed 8/2024. He played 'Jacob Marley' in ST:TNG's episode 'Devil's Due'.

Crispin Glover is the guy who almost kicked Letterman in the head on stage and was never invited back. Almost got booted off the show then and there.

I don't know how long members here have been keeping track of Trek passings but I found one I didn't know about from decades ago. Walter Burke passed in 1984, age of 94. He played Dr. M'Benga's assistant in ST:TOS's episode 'A Private Little War'. I recall seeing him many tv shows of the 1960's.

Not exactly sure who you are referring to but the fairly well-known character actor Walter Burke died in 1984 at the age of 75. Neither Memory Alpha nor IMDB show him having ever worked on Trek. Nor do the credits for that episode list him, nor is there a speaking part that doesn't have an actor attached to a role. So are you talking about another Walter Burke who also died in 1984 who had a non-speaking role in that episode? Also if he died in 1984 at age 94, he would have been 78 years old in 1968 -- would Dr. McCoy/M'Benga have had a 78 year old assistant on their staff?

This is the well-known Walter Burke.....

Here's what I found and the pic matches... '
Walter Burke, born 1908, was an actor who appeared in several classic science fiction series, including "Star Trek". He is remembered for his distinctive voice and wrinkled face, often playing character roles. In "Star Trek", he played the part of Dr. M'Benga's assistant in the episode "A Private Little War". He also appeared in "The Twilight Zone" and "Bewitched".

He would have to have been around 60 during TOS. For someone to be that age and be a doctor's assistant is a bit odd. But you are right, I can't do math, having failed 5 years of it.
