Looks like it might have cut off at the bottom there. But otherwise pretty nifty. Nice to see all that stuff in one easy table.
According to the new Dev Blog, it's only been "several weeks" since Sela disappeared. Very interesting. At the very least, the 2800 happened; and if you go by the order presented for the Episodes, the Cardassian, Deferi, Borg, and Undine campaigns also happened in that time frame. Pretty busy captains, we are.
It was a load of "corporate solidarity" B.S. on the STO site, and it continues to be exactly that here.

How the heck do I defeat this piece of s**t?? Every time I try to take her out (during mission Nightingale) I get stuck in her tractorbeam, recieve a shitload of plasma torpedoes and I'm done. I already have shields that help against plasma-based attacks, and when the folley comes I try to shoot at the torpedoes and take those out first. But they come in to fast and to many.
I'm getting sick and tired of it. It's enough to make me want to stop playing.
Ok, the secret to fight this ship, and nearly every other one with big one shot guns is:
Stay out of the front arc!
Romulan battleships in particular are most vulnerable and harmless from the flank side.
Stay away more than 5km.If you are snared anyway you can use Attack Pattern Omega, Polarize Hull to resist the beam.
You can force your way out of it with evasive, power to engines and other engine boosting abilities.
And you can stun and disable the other ship and outright break the reactor beam with Photonic Shockwaves, subnucleonuc beam, scramble sensors, jam sensors, a tricobalt hit, ...
And my favorite point defense system: Tractor Beam repulsors. That will push her out of her own tractor range and has the nice effect to destroy any iincoming plasma heavys because it has 100% accuracy.
A single tractor Beam of yourself is useful to prevent yourself getting into this Situation in the first place.
Shields against plasma attacks won't help you here. They only work against energy based weapons. Those torpedos deal kinetic damage.
So the best shield against it should be a resilient shield with a high cap
because it reduces bleedthrough damage and while you are at it, equip an armor console against kinetic damage.
Should be a piece of cake now to beat the mission.
I've noticed some variation on warp speed at times, unrelated to any changes I've made. Seems to me there are certain places where you naturally go faster, but I haven't really figured out the pattern yet. One would think that those paths in sector space would do it, but I've never seen anything consistent there, though I've never done a consistent experiment myself.
send me a pm in game if you want a little assistance.
Here are some romulan/omega reputation data fresh from tribble:
Tier I: Unlocks at 5,000 Reputation
Tier II: Unlocks at 10,000 Reputation
Tier III: Unlocks at 17,500 Reputation
Tier IV: Unlocks at 22,500 Reputation
Tier V: Unlocks at 40,000 Reputation
Supply Romulan Star Empire
9 Romulan Marks
300 Dilithium
2 Common Duty Officers
2,750 Expertise
20 Large Hypos
20 Major Regenerators
40 hours wait time
Rewards 800 Romulan Reputation
Notes: Using only this project to upgrade reputation will require a longer period of time but consume fewer resources.
Support Colonization Efforts of Romulan Star Empire
17 Romulan Marks
900 Dilithium
5,500 Expertise
50 Provisions
40 Water Purification Systems
10 Entertainment Provisions
40 hours wait time
Rewards 2,000 Romulan Reputation
Notes: Using only this project to upgrade reputation will require a shorter period of time but consume more resources.
Omega Fleet projects have identical costs and rewards. Devs have said Elite STF will reward 60 omega marks. This means only takes one single Elite STF run and a 4-5 day waiting period to unlock tier 1. Assuming project cost doubles with every tier, I estimate that it will require 1,800 marks and a minimum of 3 months to reach tier 5 reputation with one faction.
If your character is able to run 2-3 romulan fleet actions every 3 days, you'll have enough Romulan Marks to reach tier 5 in 3 months.
If your character is able to run 1 Elite STF every 3 days, you'll have enough Omega Marks to reach tier 5 in 3 months.
It should be easy to hit the above targets if you play STO on a regular basis. So for myself, I'm going to exchange all my EDCs and Borg Salvage for dilithium rather than wait for them to be converted into Marks as I know I will not have any issues hitting the above targets.
Sadly there are loads of idiots who know nothing about 10% rule or starabase defence rules i.e protecting all 3 freighters, sticking as a team and protecting your spawning ground in stage 3, it can be really frustrating especially when you have level 20-30 coming in playing on your team, they stand no chance in a million and you need to plug the holes left by these inept players, you can;t tell them to piss off or leave the game/team it would be too rude, but by the time they realize what mess they've caused its too late. very frustrating, instead of getting 55-75 fleet marks, sometimes 15-20 suffices.

Telling them to leave would need to be repeated infinitely; teaching them how to play better only needs to be done a finite number of times per bad player.
in the middle of the mission with players who couldn't give a **** is hard and nearly impossible, they mess things up and that is that, you'll never ever see them again, hopefully.

You're gonna lose the mission anyway; might as well improve the community. They're queuing for base defense; you WILL run into them again.
