Star Trek Novels in Germany

What are you talking about? The Romulan ship is against a background of stars! I'm talking about the smudge that's above the "STAR" and in front of Worf's mouth!
That's also a Romulan ship. They're both ENT Era BoPs.

Ha. I'm impressed. Getting older with grey hair but without wrinkles. Botoxed? Or did they get some injections from the Doctor? :D
OK, so they aged up and changed other characters besides Janeway. Those are pretty cool.

Cross Cult is putting this out in December. The title roughly corresponds to "The Enemies in Star Trek". Does anyone know what the original version is?

In response to me saying that it's unlikely that they will put out The Returned they responded "never say never", so that's exciting. Also, thank god the final New Frontier novel was such a drop in quality that I didn't buy the English version after finishing it.

Cross Cult hat added the new announcements:

» Das Streben nach mehr I - von Kirsten Beyer

November 2021

Star Trek - Picard (Hardcover)
» Der Dunkle Schleier - Limitierte Fan-Edition - von James Swallow

startrekromane.de is now listing NF: The Returned I and DS9: Revenant (translates as Widergänger).
Interesting to read, that Cross Cult obviously got the rights to the New Frontier ebook finale trilogy.
Cross Cult has stopped their ebook-only novels 3 years ago, so it will will be interesting, if they will publish the 3 books as ebooks or will print them as one big novel. Printing each book alone would mean three 150-pages-novels, which sounds unlikely.

Maybe a duology made from the e-trilogy? ;) It is "The Returned I", which suggests at least one more. But not "one big novel".

Yes, it was successful in the 60ies, with about 20 Million viewers. But it just had 7 episodes, and they never brought it back with new episodes or some kind of "next generation" :(

I´ve read that its finally going to happen! The Orion will be back!

The first YEEEAAAHHHHH is new Voyager audio books.
The second YEEEAAAHHHHH is still open. My guess: printed versions of the already translated CoE eBooks

Not only Cross Cult has new announcements, but also another german publisher:
"Verlag in Farbe und bunt" just announced, they got 5 of 6 contracts for Star Trek license products:
"Trekkies, aufgepasst!

They just released the klingon version of Alice in Wonderland, and they are doing the Star Trek Chronicles, books about every Star Trek Series with lots of background informations:

Two more YEEEEAAAAAHHHHHHs were revealed:
- The Corps of Engineers Series will be available as audio books (in still hope for printend collections of the stories)
- "A stitch in time" will also be published as an audio book. Garaks german voice would be great, but I don't think, they will get him.
Andrew Robinsons german voice in DS9 is Friedrich G. Beckhaus, who is already 93 years old. He played Atan Shubashi on Raumpatrouille Orion and is the last surviving crewmember.

Also, with the May release, it seems like they're catching up with the US releases, which is good to hear!

Weirdly, startrekromane.de currently lists The Dark Veil for November and Second Self for May of next year, but Rogue Elements (which is also announced) has no month attached to it yet.

Also, excitingly, they said on facebook that good sales on the SCE audio series would increase the likelihood of us getting more new SCE stories.
