Loved it. Q, the “scanning” scene with an increasing amount of Warbirds. The Roga Danar deep dive and Rutherfords blackouts. The Doctor getting lost was icing on the cake.

these last two have been the best episodes of the series so far.

Fletcher was wearing an Ensign pip in the communication. He had been promoted to full Lieutenant when he was transferred to the Titan. So he was definitely demoted, unlikely to have been fully separated from the service at that point (although they may have been investigating).

Picard should still be on the Enterprise here, unless Lower Decks is its own continuity. I’d like to think it’s set in the novel verse, so we can see the Borg war of 2381.
