Episode #3 is here and it's about time. Chaos, mayhem and hilarity ensue as the situation becomes dire. Don't miss this one. Cue music…

I do wonder about that episode title which seems to suggest some time travel shenanigans and yet none of the previews, episode descriptions or photos seem to imply anything of the sort. What's interesting as well is that this seems to be the first episode where Mariner doesn't look to be paired up in a plot with Boimler. Was beginning to wonder if that's how all episodes were going to be structured.

Bestest episode ever since last week's episode. (he wrote, waiting impatiently for the episode to actually drop)

I usually set it up so that votes are public, but for some reason that doesn't show up in the final poll and there's no "Display votes publicly" option when I try to edit the poll. Either someone's doing something or there's a glitch in the system.
Someone's defiantly doing something. But who's doing what?

I think they're going to back to releasing them on the evening of, instead of overnight.

That's fine with me. No one should be crazy enough to wait for episodes of anything to drop at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning.

No one. <-----

EDIT: Thanks Covid-19. I lost track of the days. I thought Wednesday was Thursday.

@Commander Richard , it is totally no fun when you can't see who voted which way!

:)

Sorry, I didn't catch that earlier. I can solve that mystery for you: It was I who edited the poll not to display who voted what. I know, we're just grading episodes of a TV show here, but nevertheless I want this to be a free and fair voting, which to me means that it should be secret. I guess this might seem silly to some, but we have definitely enough animosity among posters from opposite camps as it is and I don't feel we should additionally feed that animosity by revealing who rated an episode high or low. So as a measure of making this a peaceful place where one can vote their mind safely without being called out for it, I would rather we keep the voting secret.

However, if a majority of people posting here want votes to be public, I would be willing to change my mind and the poll settings. I understand being curious about it, but I personally feel it contributes to a calmer atmosphere and I would just hope that you guys understand my thinking behind that. Fair enough? :)

Either way for me. Many folks end up putting what they voted in their posts about the episode. Simpler in one spot with one click, but I understand your reasoning.

Makes sense to me either way. I usually like checking in to see where other posters I know voted, just out of curiosity and to get "calibrated." And, admittedly, I also enjoy chuckling to myself at the people who rate a 1 every week.

I think if things are going to be a little "hot" for a while, and you think this will help put some ice on it, it makes good sense.

After all, Star Trek cartoons are serious business!!! ;)
